Chef Jodi Janisse-KanzenbachLocal owner and Executive Chef Jodi Janisse-Kanzenbach is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Minneapolis/St. Paul.
With 19 years of culinary experience, Jodi’s vision was to open her own dining establishment in Downtown West Bend. Jodi is passionate about her culinary creations and strives to give her customers a unique experience in eclectic fare focused on using local seasonal product. In addition to great cuisine, at Cafe Soeurette we strive to deliver exceptional service. Jodi has hand-picked her staff from previous co-workers and trusted friends to create a polite, diverse, and educated staff. |
