Farm to Table means that our chef works almost exclusively with local farmers to bring you the feshest seasonal ingredients available. We obtain meats, dairy, cheeses, produce, and more, from farms and vendors in the Washington County area. In order to get through the long Wisconsin winters, our chef also cans, pickles, and freezes fresh ingredients as she obtains them.
We celebrate our local community and suppliers with our annual Dinner on the Farm event.
